1-Ingredient Banana Ice Cream
It doesn’t get any easier than this: all you need are bananas and a food processor, and just freeze and blend bananas for a deliciously cool and creamy treat! No added sugar, no chemical flavorings or additives, no guilt, 100% natural. For those with dietary restrictions, this “ice cream” is also lactose free, gluten free, and vegan.
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, sliced into 1-2 inch pieces and frozen
Directions:
1. Add bananas to your food processor and blend, occasionally scraping down the sides to ensure bananas are blended uniformly; approximately 3-5 minutes.
2. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy!

Try some simple add-ins, such as:
Chocolate: Add 2 tablespoons cocoa or cacao powder
Strawberry: Add 1 cup frozen strawberries. To get yummy strawberry chunks, set aside about ¼ cup strawberries to process roughly at the end.
Green Tea: Add 1 ½ teaspoons green tea (matcha) powder
